Our dealings with Agence Garenne have always been rewarding. As we are not  fluent in French, we are sometimes confused with French documentation. We have found reassurance in Emilie's perfect English and her ability to provide meaningful explanations for us. Emilie is also well versed in the way French bureaucracy works and has provided direction in dealing with insurances for our car and house. Our house is currently listed with Agence Garenne and we are happy with the professional manner in which Emilie conducts this process.

Simon and I have used Agence Garenne many times now and we have always been very satisfied whether it be buying selling or insurance. We have found them to efficient thorough and always polite and helpful. Over my past 12 years in France I have had dealings with many agents and have found them lazy and incompetent. Agence Garenne take care of almost everything and nothing is too much trouble, buying or selling a house can be very stressful and Agence Garenne do everything they can to make this run as smoothly as possible for you.  Emilie has especially made things so much easier for me because her English is excellent so any problems I needed to discuss I could just call her and communicate in my own language.We also now use Agence Garenne for our house, car and health insurance, not only are they more reasonable on their prices they deal with your old insurance company and all the paperwork so all you need to do is sign the contracts.We thoroughly recommend Agence Garenne and will continue to in the future.
